Ⅰ. School Introduction

University of California, Riverside (UCR) is a famous public research University in the United States and one of the ten campuses in the University of California system. The UCR School of Business has been honored as one of the top 100 Business Schools by U.S. News and A AACSB Accreditation and it is also the largest business school in the university of California's ten campuses and has trained over 15,000 business people.

Ⅱ. Overall Description

Accelerated Business Leaders Education (ABLE Program) is a two-week global leadership Program designed to enhance students' leadership, teamwork, innovation and strategic planning skills.  While fully experiencing the educational atmosphere of the top BUSINESS schools in the United States, it will lay a solid foundation for future career planning. The programme is taught by The UCR A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management(AGSM) and reaches the world-class level of Graduate education in Management.

Program Module:

　　2)Strategy & Organization Design

　　3)Leadership, Communication & Ethics

　　4)Strategy & Business Competition

Through thematic courses and team projects, students can achieve:

1) Understand the knowledge, skills and personality traits needed to lead effectively;

2) Master interpersonal communication and team skills to build an efficient team;

3) Know how to provide and obtain feedback on work behavior and performance;

4) Design personalized long-term and short-term management skills practice programs.

Advantages

1) The winner of the online team business competition of the project will have the opportunity to win a $5000 scholarship to offset the tuition fee of future UCR AGSM graduate program;

2) MGT 404 can be exempted if you are admitted to UCR AGSM graduate Program in the future;

　　3) At the end of the program, UCR will award the UCR Business School Future Management Leaders Experience Camp Certificate of Honor;

　　4) Guidance on application to UCR AGSM Graduate Program.

Time

February 16 -- 27, 2021 (two weeks), Real-time meeting will be held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and business competition speech will be held every Wednesday and Friday.　　

Fees

$500 per person

　Ⅲ. Application Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduates, postgraduates (including professional masters) and doctoral students in BNUBS;
2. Good command of English listening and speaking (toefl/IELTS/CET-4 / CET-6 / Duolingo)
3. There is no minimum GPA requirement and a transcript is required
