Missouri State University offers outstanding graduate students the opportunity to study in the United States. Students who pass the one-year study in the United States will receive the most authoritative international recognition (AACSB Accredited Business School) and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of Missouri State University accredited by the Ministry of Education of China. Introduction to the State of Missouri

Missouri is located in the central part of the United States. The Mississippi River, the largest river in the United States, meets the Missouri River. It became the 24th state of the United States in 1821 with Jefferson City as its capital. It covers an area of about 180,000 square kilometers and has a total population of about 6 million. The main cities are Kansas City and St. Louis. Missouri is one of the largest non-ferrous metal producing states in the United States, ranking first in barite production; With fertile land and pleasant climate, it is an ideal area for agriculture, animal husbandry and planting. Beef production is the second largest in the United States. St. Louis is the "gate" into the west of the United States, the national inland waterway shipping center, central railway network, highway network and aviation network center and the transportation, trade, finance, manufacturing and tourism center. The auto assembly industry is the second largest in the United States. General Motors, Ford and Chrysler all have final assembly plants.

Springfield, the largest city in Missouri, is the third largest city in Missouri, with a population of about 450,000 and a surrounding population of about 1 million. It is a highway transportation hub in the United States, and its main industries are logistics and medical care. Branson, about 40 miles from Springfield, is one of the largest tourist destinations in the central United States, with more than 5 million visitors a year. Springfield is one of the cheapest cities in the United States.

Length of schooling and curriculum

 

The MBA program lasts for 12 months, with 11 modules in total. The MBA program in International Management and Finance and Financial management is offered in the autumn.

Teaching methods and training methods

 

The program adopts the core curriculum of business schools of American universities, and the teaching plan, teaching methods, teaching materials and teaching management mode of MBA degree courses of the same period from American universities. All courses are taught by senior professors, and each course is generally graded by means of in-class quizzes, midterm and final exams, group discussions, or completion of assigned papers.

Rate and payment

 

1) The 2018 fall admission fee is US$33,500, the application fee is US$130, and the annual medical insurance is US$1,374.

 

2) Students' own expenses include: one year's living expenses (about $5,500-6,500 for the whole year) and books (about $900, depending on the purchase of new or used books or online books etc.).
