About International BusinessDepartment

The International Business Department is a newly founded department in Tebon to build a bridge connecting the domestic and overseas capital market. Its main functions include: promoting our services to international markets, increasing market share,building relationships with overseas clients by making full use of the resources home and abroad, collaborating with other departments, and conducting research on innovative financial services and financing channels. Aiming to become a platform for servicing overseas investors and offshore investments in China, International Business Department will be one of the key functional departmentof the Company. The goal of the department is toimprove the international competitiveness of the company with the in the domestic market.

Job Description:

 

We are currently recruiting for both senior and junior positions of

1.     Cross-border M&A specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Conducting research in some key industries (such as consumer industry, machinery manufacturing industry) related to cross-border M&A deals.

Screening and evaluating new overseas M&A opportunities.

Preparing client presentations and marketing / pitching to core clients for business.

Analyzing, developing, and maintaining industry and business relationships for qualified and actionable mergers and acquisitions.

Preparing reports on strategic, commercial, legal, structuring and regulatory considerations.

Conducting preliminary due diligence on targets or partners.

Managing the relationship and negotiations between client and target or partner.

 

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with solid writing, communication, quantitative, and analytical skills.

Master degree or higher from a leading Chinese or international university, with major in finance, laws, accounting, economy, etc. Priority to candidates studied abroad.

Strong analytical and modeling skills.

Work experience in relate to cross border M&A in Investment bank, Financial advisory, Consulting, big 4 is required. Holders of CFA are preferential.

Minimum of1 year’s relevant work experience in foreign institutions or in Hong Kong and abroad is preferred.

The candidate should be highly-motivated, personable, results-driven, organized and detail-orientated.

Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

 

2.     International BusinessAnalyst/Associate

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Conducting research on global economy and overseas market regulations to support target identification, market understanding and business development.

Participating in seminars and business communication in relate to global stock markets.

Providing rapid and accurate overseas market judgments to support overseas business expansion.

Collaborating with other business departments (especially with asset management department) to conduct research on innovative product designing and overseas financing channels.

Analyzing the feasibility of conducting businesses in relate to overseas markets.

 

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Master degree or higher from a leading Chinese or international university, with major in finance, laws, accounting, economy, etc. Priority to candidates studied abroad.

Strong analytical and modeling skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Committed to delivery of highest quality work product, strong attention to detail.

Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Strong team player, able to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in foreign institutions or in Hong Kong and abroad is preferred.

3.     International Business Coordinator

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Communicating with business partners in Hong Kong and Europe, coordinating and organizing the international business activities with other business departments.

Maintaining good relationships with Hong Kong and other overseas institutions.

Participating in the company’s international marketing activities.

Supporting the M&A team in the screening and evaluation of new business opportunities.

Supporting the due diligence process. 

 

Candidate Profile:

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Master degree or higher from a leading Chinese or international university, with major in finance, laws, accounting, economy, etc. Priority to candidates studied abroad.

Familiar with international business regulations and manner.

Pro-active team player with enthusiastic approach to learning.

Strong written and oral communications skills.

Ability to handle multi tasks under tight timeline.

Minimum of 1 years’ relevant work experience in foreign institutions or in Hong Kong and abroad is preferred.
